Mighty Mouse formed in November 2008 when Matthew asked Colin to work on a remix of City Reverb’s ‘Time Slide On’.  Once Aeroplane played the track on Pete Tong’s Radio One show, Mighty Mouse was here to stay!  Since then many successful remixes including Bent, Gorillaz and Fenech Solar have been completed by the duo.  They have released two compilations ‘Disco Circus’ Volumes 1 & 2, which have both featured in Mixmag Top 10 Compilations, alongside gaining positive press from many other publications and tastemaker blogs.   Now with singer Natalie on board, their debut album ‘Song with No Word’ was released in December 2010.  This album of off kilter, discofied tunes or “Movements” arose from an original instrumental of theirs featured on their first Disco Circus compilation which later became part of a four track EP on Hervé’s Cheaper Thrills label released in March 2010.   Since then they have become a proper band with a bassist and drummer joining.  They have had a busy 2011 touring the country and Together Music Festival will be another great mark on the map for Mighty Mouse!
